Yes. New storage unit and outdoor parking rentals get the first month free. You pay a one-time $29 admin fee, which includes your lock. There is no security deposit.

Yes. Pick your size on our rental page, pay online, and you get your lease and gate code by email, so you can move in the same day.
What are your gate and office hours?+
The gate is open daily from 6 AM to 10 PM with your personal keypad code. The office is open Monday through Sunday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
Do you have RV, boat and trailer parking?+
